Just forget about it.
No more aches and pains.
You know she is no good for you.
You know the betrayal laid bare.
Still you want to go back for more.
Just forget about it.
Erase all the dreams you had.
Erase the smile she put on your face every day.
Erase the way she made you laugh through all the good & bad.
Erase every touch and sensation you felt being with her.
Erase the way you felt a need to keep her safe.
Erase all devious things you have done together.
Just forget about it.
Just give me a blank slate.
Just give me the courage to say no.
Just give me some self control, just give me the self restraint I so desperately need.
The wounds are still so raw and all I want to do is love her all the more.
But I know I can't.
Blocking it all out, creating every distraction I can come up with.
And nothing works.
Shes got her hooks into me, and all I want her to do is destroy me a little bit more.
Love sick, bent and twisted.
Bleeding.
Thick then thin.
But the pain never ends.
I never really understood till I met her.
