Just Need Time
I hope my heart will mend
But I need time to lick my wounds
Since you went away
The memories that we shared have
Flooded out my tears
And my broken heart wants to stop beating
However, I know I have
A lot of living to do
And I know you'll wait until I am done
My heart will recover eventually
