King's Domain Poem by James Royster

King's Domain

Hate me for who I am, not for what I do.
Because not matter what you say I will remain True.

True to my cause, True to myself, True to my state of mind.
I am a heaven sent instrument so I must be divine.

I will expose you to truth whether you like it or not.
If you fight against it then it will be scalding hot.

If you are still you will realize the flame of truth is cool.
You are dumb to think wisdom can be found in school.

You are a caged bird and I am here to set you free,
but content in you confinement you attack me.

What are you going to do when you have no material things left?
Do you realize you are a prisoner of war, fighting a war against yourself?

I AM A KING, but to society you are still a slave.
While I bath in freedom, you make you home in a cave.

You think you are better than me, and you’re entitled to your opinion, but I rule this society so over you I have dominion
