Kiss And Fell Poem by Susan Vannatta

Kiss And Fell

Rating: 5.0

Your fingertips run through
my windswept hair and
your lips linger over mine,
without touching them, just
close enough to feel your
warm breath tickle my skin.
You’re teasing and tantalizing
every need inside of me.
Your rhythmic breathing
falls up and down, running
through my lungs, and I
drink it in like smooth wine.
It fills my body with want,
making my blood warm and
every bone inside me ache.
The palms of your hands move
to my blush red cheeks, feeling
icy against my hot skin.
Your lips move one thousandth
of an inch closer, and touch mine.
Shudders run through me,
heightening every sense in my
skin and burning every nerve.
Your tongue traces the
insides of my lips and my
heart stops beating for
only a split second.
Your sweet taste floods through
my mouth, and my mind
starts to convulse with
pleasure and confusion.
I lose my train of thought and
drown in your essence.
Parting lips a million years later
after those few seconds.
My veins pulse with your
poisonous Taste and
my heart is still lost in
an argument with my head.
Chemistry would be an
understatement, I would
call it love.
