Last Day Of The Year

Rating: 5.0

M-ake the last day of the year
A-s bridge between old and new;
Y-es, one will say hello, while another says adieu.

D-ecember nineteenth Tuesday
O-pens the door for twelve days;
N-ew year's eve draws near,
G-o to the fireworks place.
A-im at the first dawn,
L-et the final morn disappear;
L-et your eyes behold
O-ne last day of the year.
