Lifetime Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Lifetime

From tonight and forever more
May these lips always find yours in the place
Where your hand meets mine
May they refuse to never part
No matter how harsh the wind may choose to monsoon
May we both become frozen
As the frost from our breath Becomes the condensation
That chills the morning dew
Before the dawn arises from it's slumber
Let the stars guide us to the paradox we both long to become apart of
Let our lips find shelter in each other
As words are not enough in
This lifetime
