Like A Tuneful Harp
If decision
Of a calm mind—
Say, of an owl
Contemplating to prowl,
Be a good one,
And that of
A distract mind
A mere reaction,
All one need do in life:
Keep the mind sharp as knife,
And watch,
In place of reaction,
Comes dancing an action.
To see what keeps
The mind sharp,
Go see a tuneful harp.

A calm, tranquil, cool and a balanced mind can be a great help for an individual whether in personal capacity or in administrative capacity. And a tuneful music can also provide solace to a disturbed mind. Thanks a lot Sir.
When decisions are taken up by pure and calm mind, then plans are established successfully and success comes in nice way. This poem is very brilliantly penned.
