There was an old woman with a hat
Who said “I am so very fat
The hat won’t fit on
My head to rightly don”
So she shot it away with a bat.
Nice and lovely one I recalled the drama Waiting for Godo.
...blaming on the boots the faults of your feet...i read in the play by Beckett...she did the same! ! !
Oh! How great minds think alike! ! (joking) I have written a similar limerick- Uncle Fredeick's Hat! Also my poem The Bliss of Solitude can be read as an annexe to your poem, Loneliness verses Solitude! Enjoyed! !
