Limerick-The Fighter Pilot-2 Poem by Loke Kok yee

Limerick-The Fighter Pilot-2

Rating: 5.0

There was this fighter pilot from long ago
In the sky he would be shouting tally ho
His machine was slow flying around
And he flew too close to the ground
‘twas a shotgun that brought him down I'm told.

Another great limerick! But I wish you to see that the first two and fifth lines rhyme and the third and fourth lines also rhyme...aabba!

You have the knack of extracting fun even out of a battle field. I agree with Valsa George with regard to the structure. Thanks.
