Little Notes
Take hold of me today
(I tell myself "it'll be okay")
and walk
and talk
and let them see me on display
(even if it's all pretend)
Take time for me today
(I tell myself "I'm on my way")
and bend
and mend
and look for a foreign friend
(even if it's all pretend)
