you have captured the uneasy 'weather' in America these days of living in an America some of whose citizens hate her and want to destroy everything that it was founded on--heartbreaking for those of us who believe the vision and intent of all people having the right to live and prosper

True. But, how do we change it. I am positive that the ones causing it don't read your poetry. In fact, they probably don't read anyone's poetry.
