Love Burning Brightly Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Love Burning Brightly

Rating: 5.0

Oh my love, burning brightly through the night, out-
shining the moon and twinkling stars on behalf of my
heart.

A truly tantalizing and effervescent sense of being
together, intensely beating hearts knowing that our
love is absolute and infinite.

Always being one through the love of our souls, no
matter what death chooses to do to us on earth and
beyond it.

ON BEHALF OF MY HEART - That's a wonderful closing image for the first stanza which fulfilled the title of your poem with Love-Light outshining cosmic lights - the hyperbole is is the essence of love poetry. The last stanza is written as a a promise, a bond between souls, and I sense the whole poem is an act of faith in the durability of this bond across time. There are no shadows here, only the fresh light spreading all around.

Beautiful presentation of a lustrous love that can outshine the glitter of stars and even the moon! It is a heavenly experience when two hearts are blended together in love. Such love can fill one with the energy to battle with all adversities of life!
