Still like a far-reaching idea
You try to perch on my mind
Robbing me of realism
As crowds assemble clamoring
For the right to decide their future
Taken from their hands with
A shameless thrust of the usurper
When I try to ignore the noise
I edge towards your silence
Digging out a meaning from the rubble
Of a collapsed love amid the climax
Of a story pre-written by hands
Used to snatching, I saw you departing
Through the accumulation of regret
Since you never admitted to loving
I won't shower new metaphors
On your satiated smirk and gait
Let's hear together the vocal sounds
Of a passion betrayed by time
Or by the powers that be.
So beautiful poem! ! Even in true love, luck may play a truant and time may play a spoilsport.
