Love is as fragile
As your loneliest friend;

Love is as needful
As the first waking breath of dawn;

Love is the gift of God
That is never hidden
But often remains unfound;

Love is the sustenance
Of the soul
That one day takes us home;

Love is the communication
Between pairs of eyes
When you discover someone
You can trust;

Love is simply existence
Inviting you to love someone
And to love yourself.
