Love Note 352 - Poem by Michael P. McParland
A sweet kiss to you dear
as noon approaches so quick
and how I wish you were here to snuggle up
with me as I take a short rest
for an hour or two.
I'm feeling quite tired
and just need a nap to recharge my batteries
and I so long to hold and kiss you
while drifting awhile.
To look in your eyes and tell you
I love you then caress your soft cheek
and so deeply kiss you.
Remember I'm with you
and holding you tightly
always giving my love and warmth fully.
So my sweet darling will you
join me in spirit?
I love you my Angel and I am
reaching out to wrap you up
and hold you so close and tight
while we catch a rest for a short while.
