Love Was A Stranger Poem by David Harris

Love Was A Stranger

Rating: 4.3

Music filled the air as we danced across the floor.
The band played romantic tunes we’d never heard before
The singer sang songs of happiness and love
The large crystal ball twinkled like stars above
Love was a stranger to my open arms
Love was a stranger as we dances across the floor
When the band stopped playing
Love was a stranger no more

David I loved how you captured in this poem the love we can hold in just one moment of time. Loved it David, gave it a 10 which it deserved. Thank you for sharing. Hugs Pam
