Loving And Living Poem by Sandra Feldman

Loving And Living

Tis better to have
Loved and lived
Than Never to have loved at all,
For without love, life nothing gives
And all is dim and sad and small.

Would it be better to have never lived at all. I struggle with that question. (Ask Jimmy Stewart) Love is an asset. It manifests in multiple and oblique ways. I appreciate right now (despite the various discomforts) And although I am alone; I'm not. Enjoy what you have now, Sandra. What is the alternative?

Very well said, Sandra. So true. Succinct but profound write. I laughed when I read your Poet's Note.
