Loving You - Poem by Aminat Opatola

Why come near me,
why make me dream,
why steal my heart,
when you know your love hurt,
i've placed you in my world,
in my dreams you lay,
my world you've paced,
now you go away.
I've placed you in my soul, now in my reddened eyes,
This love i call,
this love i want,
this love i need
for all times i seek.
How much more will i cry?
How much more will i dream?
How much more will it hurts?
For this love i call.

It pains even to breath,
in my frozen heart i crush,
in my losting mind i burn.
Why this love i cant stop.

It hurts even to let go,
is it that you never feel the same?
Or can i wait till always.
Every night it feels so sad,
without you i feel so lost.
Cause in your arms i want to be.
Your dreams i want to share.
Your breath i want to feel.
For this love i call.
I crave more for you,
i long more for you,
i breath more for you,
i love you i want to say,
but how can to a love so far away.
