Major powers and UNO

It is impracticable assumption
so far is the concern of international relation
we all know that it is funded by super powers
it will come to a grinding halt if if assistance is not offered

U.N.O.is simple institution with no teeth
so many decisions are influencedherewith
no relevancewhere their national interest is jeopardised
so effective policy is not exercised

even poor countries contribute to peace keeping force
even they have minimum economic source
in some cases, major powers are the warring factions
and their unwillingness is the clear indication

sometimes, major power threaten the sanctions
and this can't be withstood by poor nations
where do they go then?
it is burning question

some of the countries are funding terror organizations
they have already spoiled their relations
but due to tacit support
UNO fails to report
