Make It Up Dagger Hill Poem by Christopher's Dead

Make It Up Dagger Hill

When I tell you 'I love you girl', do you believe me?
When I tell you that I wouldn't rather be, with anyone else,
Could you see that happening?
If we fly around the world, on our own cloud,
And I show you the things in life worth living,
Would you tell me that you still miss not seeing
Everything down on the ground, happiness isn't fleeting.

Well if I told you 'you cured me of my disease', would you believe me?
And if I start to find it hard to breathe, will you save me,
Could you ease my troubled heart?
I'll pick your flower in the garden of disaster,
But will it try to pull me back down to my senses, or
Can we blossom in the fields atop the heavens?
As long as we still grow, we never have to go home.

When I hold your heart just never to let go, do you feel me?
And when you rearrange my mind, what I see,
Is it the same thing, is it where you're coming from?
They don't see the things we see, it's their own fault,
If the world would just believe, maybe we'd all be better off,
While we embrace the love, they never will condone us,
Why don't we hide away as all their blinded heart does.

this is really good. its seem like a forbidden love but those are the best kind if you ask me. this a very beautiful way of expressing your love.

I bet if you spoke that to any girl she'd instantly regret not having loved you sooner. Yet again this is a nice job.
