Memories Of A Child Poem by ANDREW BLAKEMORE

Memories Of A Child

Rating: 2.8

I've watched you learn and seen you grow
I've taught you things you didn't know,
I've shared your laughter and your tears
And all your heartaches and your fears,
I picked you up each time you fell
When you were sick I made you well,
Now in my mind these thoughts I'll keep
And dream of them within my sleep.
