Midnight Munchies Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Midnight Munchies

Rating: 5.0

Often times I've woken up hungry
& the normal food cravings were so far away.
Often times I've woken up hungry
& you were the only thing that could quiet
my stomach.
Since then, my appetite for you has only grown.
Wheat colored hands,
Bread crusted lips devoured by the warmth
of satisfaction
