Mistay-Day >>> Poem by Manonton Dalan

Mistay-Day >>>

lingering mist kissing
each rooftops on hill
drips from leaves clear
cascading to soft ground
a flower bloom so pink
to my eyes, a cute tulip

bees are at rest nibbling
their honey feeding young
frogs moisten; very green
hiding beneath soak leaves
waiting for unwary mosquito
and i am sitting by ledge
expecting beautiful sun
instead my pretty neighbor
came to chat and have fun
