A fully rounded Moon appears
And to its cyclic motion
The girls are wedded, stirred to action
Circling now the altar stone
And mimicking the waves
With limbs' hypnotic grace
And casting flowery foam
Upon its moonlit face,
The ultimate attraction.
Your poems are piling up in my in-tray. But worry not, my friend. I shall be on your trail tomorrow! I had a very lethargic day yesterday, doing virtually nothing. But I shall be doing a lot of reading tomorrow. Thanks for your comment.

Your words read like an incantation. I'm not sure I understand the meaning here, but I can't stop reading it. OK...so there are girls that have been hypnotised by the moon (wedded) , the pull of the ocean gets them moving, similar to how the moon gets the tides moving. They are circling the altar stone (the moon?) , casting flowery foam? The ultimate attraction? You need to help me. Maybe I need to go to bed... Whatever the meaning, I love your words.....
It is a type of Pagan incantation. My thoughts on the matter might be male spuriousness but I feel that the Moon connects more with women with their monthly cycles. They become the waves and scatter flowers on the altar as the waves scatter foam on the shore. The mystery of women in their private rituals is to the onlooking male the ultimate attraction. He is relegated to the position of the spectator as the girls celebrate their mysterious power. Let's hope we never figure you lot out!
