Mortality
===========
Mortal is this human life
Just an one act play
Ends up even before
Sometimes starting even.
Still we fight we desire
We do hate we conquer,
For whom and what for -
Stupid we don't know that even.

Yes, our mortal lives are very temporary, yet we live with all our feelings and emotions not really knowing for whom or what for. So true and to the point. Eternal questiongs of life always being asked. Great poem. Love it, Amitava! RoseAnn
Yes, our mortal lives are very temporary, yet we live with all our feelings and emotions not really knowing for whom or what for. No one can ever truly know, they are the eternal questions always being asked in life. Great poem, Amaitava. Love it. Right to the point! ! RoseAnn
Our life on Earth is as fleeting as a bubble... Still we run a rat race to hoard riches and possessions. We don't know the time and hour when we will be called to leave behind all that we earned... A nice topic to brood over!
...............truly if we look at the big picture....we are like the mist rising after the summer's rain....here ever so briefly.....then we are gone....love how you wrote this poem...
Life is mortal. Me must keep moral values while we live. Beautiful poem. Thank you.
Short and meaningful write. Very true said, we do not know the answers....what for and whom for. We conquer what we desire and a time comes we hate what we desired...Many things changes with the time. Nothing is constant....Loved reading each lines. Thanks for sharing these beautiful verses.
WOw' what a message this short poem carries and gives us so nicely, it's an amazing one.
Our life is a prey of death. The life after death is definite but its form? Everyone has his own thinking.
