I am free at heart, I kowtow to no rules
Today, I try to change and bear relationship for two
that love has tailored for me carefully
but I tried to run away
However, I had stopped
and wrapped my fear with his fragrance
and walked over and wore my sandals
I then looked around and saw nothing in my space
with tears in my heart, I took off the noise making jewel from my legs
slowly, I walked over and saw his eyes; stitching with amazement moments and wishes together
so, I took my last alone breath and took a plunge into our world
knowing that I can sail without hesitation and anchor with certainty…

Wow, Emu, what a great feeling you brought to me, with this masterpiece, I thought I was all alone when it came to love, please read some of my poems and see we are singing the same song, you got my vote, god bless you and keep it up, Love and Peace, Romeo
Hi Emu - This is a very interesting poem because in Etheopia an ankle bracelet has ethnic significance in respect of the status of a Girl. In India it is OK to wear it on the left ankle but on the right ankle it could a message of 'availability'. An angle braclet is not only beautiful visually and enhances the beauty of the ladies feet it also tinkles due to the bells and anounces her presence. In your poem its removal seems to indicate 'I am ready to be betrothed'. In love we all reach the point where we 'Take our last breath and plunge into OUR world'. This is a beautiful experience if our love is muttual. The final line of the poem gives all hope if we have not already taken this plunge. 'Knowing that I can sail without hesitation and anchor with certainty'. A beautiful poem Emu that only you could have written. Love in poetry - JOHN.
