My Films And I Poem by Sandra Feldman

My Films And I

Rating: 5.0

I live within my films,
The ones I love,
The ones I'll never leave behind,
That won't stay still,
The ones I don't forget, will not forget
That thru the years become a part of me,
Move in my heart, live in my mind,
Those moving films,
That in my memory will shine
A happiness,
That no where else I'll find.

Yes, a space odyssey, blade runner, African queen, the first movie dune blew me away but the concept held me captive, avatar, African queen, I have a strange range of tastes, porkchop hill, lord of the rings, the old ones are still better I think, I rarely watch anything new.

Yes indeed, they hold a charm that becomes a bond especially the older ones where the graphics were their acting ability, they really do become part of us
