My Heart's Sweet Desire Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

My Heart's Sweet Desire

Rating: 5.0

M-y heart's sweet desire
A-ims to send sincere wish;
N-ever will it turn pleasure
I-nto pain and anguish.
L-et my heart's sweet desire
Y-earn to say warm regard;
N-ever will it make your life miserable, bleak and hard.

K-ind wish and sweet desire
A-re coming from the heart;
D-ay twenty-ninth October
U-ses light for a fresh start.
S-weet desire of my heart
A-llows you to feel the thrill;
L-etting it totally remove
E-very ache caused by chill.

G-ood wish and sweet desire
A-re straight from the heart;
R-egards that are honest
C-an never ever fall apart.
I-t's my longing that takes you out of the dark mire;
A-llow your mind to think of my heart's sweet desire.
