My Poem On Monday 12 Oct 2020....
MY POEM ON MONDAY 12 OCT 2020….
The prophet Jeremiah,
who was tasked
with delivering a dire message
to a rebellious people,
wrote,
"But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord,
whose confidence is in him.
They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out
its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes
its leaves are always green.
it has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit."
(Jeremiah 17: 7-8)
Though the odds may be stacked
against us on this earth,
and the anxiety we suffer from wreaks havoc,
we must never underestimate the power of prayer, and the living Word of God.
He is always bigger, always good,
and always close to the brokenhearted....

True Biblical verses (Jeremiah 17: 7-8) tell the truth. People are blessed if they keep trust on God and they surrender. In such condition they continuously receive God's grace. Anxiety or tension or suffering which people have as the negative element is removed automatically from mind when God's name is chanted. We should remain in linked condition with God...rating full stars..

Very uplifting lines that impel the mind to soar. Thank you, for sharing, great Poetess. I am glad I encountered this poem. You always have that gift to know what are most important God's words to share on this site. Beautifully and brilliantly conveyed and versified.
One of the most inspiring spiritual lines that I have ever read. A great treat for the first day of the week that could fuel the mind and propel us to do things that are right before the eyes of our God Almighty.

There is no need to have anxiety and tension in life. God is with us and we should remain with God. His greatest blessings save us always. We should have unlimited trust o him. We have deep natural connection with God. This poem is excellently penned..5 stars.. 'We must never underestimate the power of prayer, and the living Word of God.' Rightly said line...
