My special someone
Throws kisses to the wind's sweet song
And rides life's jaunty waves
My special adored one
Oh, my, I his sweet kiss crave
In longing to him I sing lone nights long
My ever devoted one
He says our love will never 'er go wrong.

This is really excellent for a first attempt. Form poems require much discipline but this one seems to have been penned with ease.
