Mysterious Boy Poem by Jessica Elizondo

Mysterious Boy

Mysterious boy, I see you there. You critisize and try to find an answer

to everything. You try and try but when you fail you blame yourself. Life

is hard but sarcasam is what makes it easy for you. You are funny and

can make me laugh, but what are you really hiding under those

beautiful dark eyes? You don't tell of your secrets, and keep it insisde,

oh yes i see it. I see the pain you hold inside. Your heart has been

broken way too many times, but you brushed it off, or did you? You are

truly a smart boy for not even the biggest complication can phase you.

You want to be a Marine and fight for our country, but is it just your way

of eacaping it all? Mysterious boy, why are you so mysterious? Why

are you so hard on your self? Why can't you see that if you look at it all

with positive eyes and A hopful heart that it will be ok?
