Nature Heals
Nature is the best medicine that's for sure,
Fresh air and sunshine,
Is a wonderful cure,
In the arms of nature,
Is the place to be,
Nature lifts you up,
Soothes the mind,
And is there for free.
Nature is that fine precious friend,
It's there when we need it,
Again and again,
A walk through nature,
Brightens any day,
Nature fills our lives,
In a very special way.

I fed the local woodland birds around my local lake this morning in the damp cold air. They were hungry. The fisherman were there but the fish were hiding.
