Nomads Of The Night-Rosalie's Confessions - Poem by Alexandra Winchester

The daylight casts a shadow over me
Even though it's light I still can't see
Since I believe this is hell on earth
I'll tell a short tale of life and hurt
I risk my soul in the fires of hell
I give myself to eternal damnation

Send my message to the world
Tell them it's my resignation letter
I'm hanging my white flag above the door
Now wake me from my torturous slumber
To become a monster
A murderer of men
To sell my soul to save my life
To bring justice to MY murderers

Did they kill me? No
I was dead long before
On the inside
In my heart
I know where they are and
What they will be punished for
The murder of a helpless soul
I'll take my turn now...
Only then will I feel better

Can't wait to set things right again
Death comes for him tonight
I'm waiting for the brink of midnight
Taking lives and redeeming his sins
Looking forward to past
Tearing up the hearts of them
Ripping open healing wounds
Taking lives and writting sorrows
I hear the worthless cries

Looking forward to eternity
When darkness falls all over me
If this won't come to pass
You'll hear this of me last
Me and my creatures of the night
My family my friends
We all take flight
We become nomads of the night
