Nothing Like A Good Poem
There is Nothing
Like a good Poem
To fill your day,
Not all may agree
But for me,
It is just that way,
And the happiness
That brings,
Is enlightening,
Making me look at life,
In an entirely different way!
Humbled by this happiness
I write,
Hoping also to please,
Someone, Somewhere
Someday.
I concur with the wonderful thoughts of the great Poetess. The happiness that a good poem brings can never be measured. How much more when that happiness is coupled with words of wisdom and insight that could inspire us to do better in life.
