Obsessions Poem by Sandra Feldman

Obsessions

Rating: 4.5

Fixed glare into space,
Looking to win
Life's race?
That's not the way
When imagination
Becomes an obsession
And for reality,
There's no longer
A place.

Beware, Beware
Of fixed obsessions!
For only shadows
Do they chase,
That will enslave you
As their possessions,
Making you, surely
Lose Life's race.

A good piece of advice! Fixed obsessions are no good. They only chase shadows and make you lose life's race. Wonderful thoughts, thanks for sharing.
