Ocean - Poem by Soo Park
When I'm at the ocean,
I feel the fish nipping on my fingers,
I can hear the waves hitting themselves against the cold, hard rock.
The calming color of the ocean relaxes me.
I sit there, waiting in the sun,
putting my foot in the light water that makes me smile.
As the sun goes down,
I get out of the water,
I feel sad,
I start with a sigh, and continue my journey back home.
