Ode To April's Romantic Reverie Poem by Dr Shamim Ali

Ode To April's Romantic Reverie

In April's tender arms, we find our song,
Where vibrant blooms in gardens throng,
A tapestry of colours, love's prose so strong,
In nature's embrace, we both belong.
The flowers, like lovers in their prime,
Blossom, sing, and dance in time,
Their fragrant secrets, a whispered rhyme,
A source of inspiration, love's sublime.
Warmer weather, winter's hold unbound,
As milder winds kiss the earth's sacred ground,
With each step in the park, love is found,
In picnics and strolls, where hearts resound.
April showers may bring a gentle embrace,
A symphony of raindrops, love's grace,
Cozied indoors in an intimate space,
Two hearts entwined, a tender chase.
Wedding season's tender notes begin,
In April's warmth, love's eternal spin,
In vows and rings, the journey we're in,
A celebration of love's sacred kin.
Hiking through nature's emerald sea,
Camping under the stars, just you and me,
In the great outdoors, where love runs free,
Memories etched for eternity to be.
Baseball season's thrilling cheer,
With sporting events that draw us near,
In the stadium's roar, our hearts appear,
To share the triumphs and persevere.
Renewed energy, a fresh, hopeful start,
With spring's arrival, love's beating heart,
In April's embrace, we'll never part,
In each other's arms, we find our art.
