Offering Gladness Galore Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Offering Gladness Galore

Rating: 5.0

A-s the rainy night has turned
I-nto a fresh beautiful morn;
K-ind weather is now felt
O-n the day you were born.

A-nother dawn is breaking,
L-onely shadows disappear;
C-louds up in the wide sky
A-re so bright and clear.
N-ew light is just shining,
T-wentieth March this year;
A-fter the darkness fades,
R-adiance is spreading in the
A-ir.

B-ad times are turning good,
O-r else they will be cast;
N-ever mind unkind things,
U-ntil they eventually pass.
S-oon the cold chill is over,
T-wilight shall be no more;
R-ays of the sun have come,
O-ffering gladness galore.
