On My Father's Ashes (After Allen Ginsberg) Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

On My Father's Ashes (After Allen Ginsberg)

Rating: 5.0

This poem is all ash,
With yr blue eyes and balding head,
All ash
And a Homer Simpson overbite
As you smile above
and the twinkle is all ash
Buried in the local cemetery
Becoming ash

So painfully sad with an 'overbite' of great wit! Love it, my friend!
