On The Melting Of Snow In Spring - Poem by Paige Scott

As I glanced at the last of the snow melting away,
I noticed the bright spring day;
As snow melts away, better days it brings—
Where spring sun shines, and the sparrow sings!

    Nice one. I like the alliteration in the last line. It's a pity you couldn't get a good rhyme for that last line - try working on it. (Report)Reply

    Another descriptive write - so glad the snow has gone in England that's for sure.
