M-orn of twelfth September
H-as given you much mirth;
Y-our life is filled with joy, for it's the day of your birth.

M-orn of twelfth September
A-scertains the bright day;
E-vening shadows disappear, as the cold night walks away.

L-ight on twelfth September
A-ssures the sun will shine;
G-leams in the lane above
U-se the beam of the skyline.
I-'ll send my wish that I've vowed,
D-eliver the thrill that I've sworn;
A-ccept them with all your heart
O-n twelfth September morn.
