One Last Hope Poem by Jessica Elizondo

One Last Hope

I love you, I love you so much.
And I know I've said it a million times,
and that I sound like a broken record player.
But next time when I say it, I hopes its to your face.

I am sorry though,
sorry that I can't find good enough words
to express how I feel.
But you know what they say, actions speak louder than words.

So come here my dear
and I'll show you just how much I love you.
Embrace me
and wrap your arms around me.

And yes, I know there is a chance,
a chance that you'll say no.
I know you might not feel the same.
But if you say no, I'll take the blame.

But I will tell you this,
I love you
and I love it when you smile.
I have to blush and turn away.

And you know its funny,
that when you talk,
you take my breathaway.
Oh, how I love that feeling.

Even if you say no,
And you don't feel the same,
I know i'll always love you no matter what you do
Because you came into my heart and I can't force you out.

And babe once I'm head over heels
it's hard to get me down
And put me back on solid ground.
I love you I fear, come colser my dear.
