Roses Are Red, Violets Are Blue Poem by Jessica Elizondo

Roses Are Red, Violets Are Blue

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
my heart is broken,
and it's all thanks to you.

I looked in your eyes
and love was no more.
I would love your warmth right next to me
your eyes I'd adore.

But now I've found another,
he picked up the pieces of my heart,
after you so kindly,
tore it apart.

I no longer love you,
because you never loved me.
I have a heart and he holds the key.

So don't come crawling back,
Don't beg for my love,
Becuase you screwed up,
And I found a better love.
