One sad love affair
Happens in this life;
It hurts the feelings,
Cutting like a knife.

The relationship
From the start is nice;
The happiness is
Good to memorize.

The love deep inside
Truly brings comfort;
Until gradually,
There's no more effort.

The joy turns lonely,
The tears are falling;
Sad result instead
Of happy ending.

Hearts are used to be
Admired and adored;
Now the eyes and face
Are fully ignored.

Yes, the affection
Fades into thin air;
It's the story of
One sad love affair.
