Pain Poem by Shivani Agarwal

Pain

Rating: 4.8

Some weak moment when I come to realise
All imaginations and castles of love on hopes
That someday somewhere you would meet
At some strange place, All are false

Some heaviness envelopes the bosom of the heart
And increases every passing second
And your visage crystal before my eyes
Beckons me and disappears

Drops of water hesitate to flow
My life, and future cease to glow
Nerves are taut like they would burst
What helplessness, who could know?

Then cries of pain haunt till dawn
The flickering candle too is tired
and ushers me to go to sleep
But I wonder and I fail to believe
My profound cries and love serene
Never breaks your comfort and sleep..
