Pay Few Words Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Pay Few Words

Rating: 4.5

Pay few words

It is Hindu tradition
We have crematorium
The bodies are burnt
And not buried

The Muslims bury the dead
The plate and name both exist and read
The Christians do like wise
They have cemetery and follow same way to our surprise

May be they enjoy opening mind
With dead and buried
We have no such experience
But we celebrate their death anniversary

But dead make appearance
In memory sometimes
And sometimes you feel they are making sound
And we astonishingly feel on ground

Let them rest
With no more to test
Their peace and comfortable stay
We pay homage and go away
