Attempts to satisfy
one's mind with all
that one desires are
fruitless and vain,
only drain your time and energy,
burdens with a lot of strain,
culminate in exhaustion.
It is just as akin to
the attempts of trying
to fill a sieve with water,
impossible one,
those engaged and involved
grossly would never attain
peace of mind and satisfaction.
Another powerful poem of great insight. Well expressed.
So rightly said. Our mental state of tranquility will never be achieved through the satisfaction of all of our wants in life.
