Please Stay 7 Chihuahua's Apart Poem by Shaun Cronick

Please Stay 7 Chihuahua's Apart

Rating: 5.0

Social distancing signs everywhere we look,
Joe Public health and safety by the book.
In supermarkets while we que and wait,
This everyday signage we all do hate.

God its everywhere so bleak and imploring,
I'd like something novel and never boring.
Top of the misery tree is, Keep 2 meter's apart,
Maybe something else to brighten the human heart...

Please stay 7 Chihuahua's apart.
Please stay 43.5 Matchbox lengths apart.
Please stay 50 Greasy Chips apart.
Please stay 85.36 £1 pound coins apart.
Please stay 14.3 pairs of scissors apart.
Please stay 154 Marbles apart.
Please stay 1 Welsh Dresser length apart.
Please stay 1 King Kong small toe-nail clipping apart.
Please stay 14 Chocolate Eclairs apart.
Please stay 7 Really Bad Poets (Chihuahua sized) apart.

A very clever and fascinating write on social distancing. The humor that is imbued in this write is indeed amusing. Extremely witty. Loved reading it.
