Poem To A Friend Poem by Abby Sze

Poem To A Friend

Rating: 3.0

Tomorrow is a journey,
And everyone get a journey to go.
Are you ready?

You said you are searching,
For something.
Maybe you'll find everything,
Or you'll get nothing.
What do you expect?

There could be a huge bear,
Stuck in front of your trial.
A tough giant rock,
You can't cross.
Maybe a lonely wolf,
Waiting for you to feed it food.
Or a mature apple tree,
You can have an apple for free.

Don't worry for what you'll meet.
When you are afraid keep to breathe.
In times of dark night open your eyes,
Sure the stars will guide you with light.
When you are happy sit on the grass,
New Zealand has good grassland to roll and laugh.

What you will find in your trip?
Whatsoever you might find,
I wish you find the kind of joy that could fill your life.
