Poetic license is a great machination
For poets of all kinds and classes
In exercising freedom of expression
Bypassing syntax and semantics and
Conventional norms of penning verses

We may pen anything we like
Without bothering much about
Rhymes, rhythms and flow in a verse
If it's there so good so nice
If not found, doesn't matter!
Let's be proud of being poets
Of this modern generation!

Well, we have got to enjoy the license
To stretch its elasticity to every extent
By creating something creative
For meeting readers' pleasure
Without bothering where we land
But by ensuring a sense of sanctity
In a beautiful poetic world!
